Dear Mr. McKenney;
The City of Orono recently had a boundary and topographic survey completed for a City owned
parcel located adjacent to the north side of your property. This attached survey shows
encroachment of a gravel driveway onto the City's property. It appears that you have been
utilizing this encroaching gravel area as part of your driveway. The City is requesting that you
immediately cease using this City owned property for any purpose. The City reserves the right
to remove any encroachments or take any other necessary measures to prevent unauthorized use
of City property.
