Dear Mr. Zebeck:
This letter is regarding the complaint you sent in for 1003 Wildhurst Dr. After talking with you I
assume that you meant 1074 Wildhurst Drive, since you said that it was a vacant lot. After
visiting the lot I cannot find anything that would validate a complaint. The lot is vacant and has
no violations associated with it. I assume there will be a house constructed on the lot in the near
future. As to your complaint with the lighting, I do not have any authority to do anything about
that either.
If you want to meet out at the site and discuss any details of the complaint I would be happy to
meet you.
