RE: Bus Storage
Dear Mr. Hennessy:
It has come to the attention of this department that a bus is being stored and is possibly being
occupied on your property at 1261 Wildhurst Trail. This letter is to inform you that storage of
this vehicle is in violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 10.60, Subdivision 13.
Therefore, the City must require you to remove the bus from your property before January 30,
1995. If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal action. If you have any questions
or if you have a problem meeting this deadline, please feel free to contact me at my office.

Dear Mr. Hennessy:
On January 17, 1995 this office notified you that you were in
violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 10 . 60 , Subd. 13 . The
City required you to move the bus before January 30, 1995, as of
this date the violation still exists . Therefore, you leave the
City no alternative but to initiate legal action. Action will be
withheld until February 13 , 1995 . If the violation exists on that
date citations will be issued and the matter will be referred to
the City attorney for further legal action.
