Per your request, we have modified the monument sign design decreasing the overall sign area by 25%. This was done
by decreasing both the overall width and height.
The attached sketch shows the new dimensions of the sign base. The finishes will remain the same as called out on the
original submittal. The sign designer was unsure at the time he sketched it of the required height of the sign above grade,
so I added that dimension. While the dimensions are accurate, the sketch is not quite to scale.
I believe these modifications are in line with your request. Please let me know if this works for you.

Attached is the correct sign site plan we talked about earlier today.
Basically, I drew it wrong before. The 58' distance line shown (from asphalt to the sign) should have
been drawn to the center of the sign, not the end. With a better tape measure in hand; I measured
again after discovering what I did wrong.
On the attached I think I correctly show the location. I also tried to draw the sign a little closer to
scale.
The actual location did not move. We have always intended the sign to go in the middle of the berm
(where there are no plantings); I just measured wrong.
I just wanted to make sure we are all on the same page as to the location so we don't build it and
then have a real problem.
Please take a look at the attached and let me know if there are any issues or questions.
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience, but now that I have a real tape measure, so we should be
very close!
