RE: 998 Wildhurst Property—Ron Zebeck
Zoning Violation
Dear Mr. Kantor:
This letter is again in response to the zoning violation for the property located at 998 Wildhurst Trail.
It has come to our attention the dock box has not been removed from the lakeside of the residence.
The Municipal Code prohibits structures to be located within 75' of the lakeshore and closer to the
lakeshore than the principal residence on the site.
I am enclosing a copy of a building permit application for permanent relocation of the structure. The
City will be requiring the dock box be relocated by November 10, 2000. A building permit could
not be issued prior to the November 10th deadline(permit review will typically take 10 days). The
dock box must be relocated,temporarily,outside of the 75' lakeshore setback and behind the house
screened from view to adjacent properties until such time a building permit is approved.
