RE: Plumbing Permits Without Permits
To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to the attention of this department that plumbing work was one on the
following properties without plumbing permits.
1925 West Farm Road
2140 North Shore Drive
2180 Prospect Avenue
60 Smith Avenue
3245 Caiman Road
840 Hunt Farm Road
200 Woodhill Road
190 Cygnet Place
2715 White Oak Circle
450 Old Long Lake Road
Therefore they City must require you to obtain permits and inspections for all of these
properties. In addition, an investigation fee will be charged on each permit; as an
