Dear Ms. Donaldson:
As part of the Stubb's Bay Sewer Project, you were required to connect the residence at 389
Westlake St. to city sewer by July 24, 1994. An additional letter was sent you in August of 1994,
but no permit has been issued for the connection nor have I been notified that the permit
application is forthcoming. A permit must be issued for the sewer connection by August 6, 1995
or the City may pursue legal action.

Dear Ms. Donaldson:
Your 16-month deadline for connection to City sewer has just expired. Our records indicate that
no permit has been issued to this property for the required connection.
A new connection deadline of September 15, 1994 has now been set. Failure to make
connection by this date will likely result in legal action from the City Attorney. Questions or
concerns should be addressed to Steve Weckman at the City offices (473-7357).
