That part of Lots 10, 17 and 12 lying westerly of a line described as commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 10• thence easterly---
along the northerly line of said Lot 10 a distance of 217 feet to the point of beginning of the Line to be described; hence southeasterly,
deflecting to the right 68 degrees and 42 minutes, for a distance of 65.95 feet; thence southeasterly-, deflecting to the left 5 degrees,
12 minutes and 40 seconds, for a distance of 123,.7 feet, more or less, to the south tine of said Lot 12 and there terminating, Block 1,
"Hillside Park", according to the recorded plat thereof.
Reserving an easement for driveway purposes over and across the north 20 feet of that part of Lot 10 described above.

That part of Lots 10, 11 and 12 lying easterly of a line described as commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 10A thence easterly
along the northerly tine of said Lot '10 a distance of 217 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; Bence southeasterly,
deflecting to the right 68 degrees and 42 minutes, for a distance of 055.95 feet thence southeasterly, deflecting to the left 5 degrees,
12 minutes and 40 seconds, for a distance of 123.7 feet, more or less, to the s()uth line of said Lot 12 and there terminating, Block 1,
"Hillside Park", according to the recorded plat thereof,,
Together with an easement for driveway purposes over and across that part of the north 20 feet of Lot 70, Stock 1, "Hillside Park", tying
westerly of the above described property.
