1,hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the boundaries of:
Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 1, "Hillside Par*", according to the recorded plat thereof.
And of the location of all buildings, if any, thereon, and all visible encroachments, if any, from or on said land. As surveyed by me this
7th day of July, 1967,

That part of Lots 10, 11 and 12 -lying westerly of a line described as commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 10 - thence easterly -
along the northerly line of said Lot .10 a distance of 217 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; tAence southeasterly,
deflecting to the right 68 degrees and 42 minutes, for a distance of 65.95 feet; thence southeasterly, deflecting to the left 5 degrees., 1
12 minutes and 40 seconds, for a distance of 123,.1 feet, more or less, to the South line of said Lot 12 and there terminating, Block 1,
J"Hi l4side Park", according to the recorded plat thereof.
Reserving an easement for driveway purposes over and across the north 20 feet of that part of Lot 10 described above.
