Re: Deck Construction
Dear Mr. Langert:
On June 26 , 1992 a stop work order was posted on a deck being
constructed on your house. As of this date, a permit application has
not been received.
This letter is to inform you that a building permit is required for
deck construction or reconstruction and that a permit application,
building plans, completed hardcover calculations and a survey showing
the deck location must be submitted before August 31, 1992. If this
deadline is not met, the City may issue citations. If you have any
questions, feel free to contact me at my office.
