The lot combination resolution requires applicants' notarized signatures. Please arrange to
sign the 3 original resolution copies at the City Offices (Monday through Friday,8:00 to 4:30).
All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions.
Your assessment refund should be arriving shortly if you have not already received it.
If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City Clerk
after review and approval by the City Council.
