As discussed on site today, we agree to restore the
excavated area on the lakeside of the property,
within the 0-75 ' zone, to the pre-construction
elevations . This work will be done with the
remainder of the site grading, prior to final
inspection, as soon as the weather allows and the
ground thaws .
