w Memo To: File Date: December 21, 2004 RE: Pair Sewer Stubs at 356 Westlake Street A pair of sewer stubs exists at 356 Westlake Street and at one point served 356 Westlake Street and 364 Westlake Street. In December of 1999, 364 and 372 Westlake Street underwent a lot line re-arrangement. As part of that lot line re-arrangement a 5' drainage and utility easement was dedicated along the northerly boundary of 364 Westlake Street. The sewer line, starting at the stubs at 356 Westlake Street overlap onto 364 Westlake Street prior to entering the house at 356 Westlake Street.
