Dear Mrs. Anderson:
As part of the Stubb's Bay Sewer Project, you were required to connect the residence at 349
Westlake St. to city sewer by July 24, 1994. Another letter was sent to you August 8, 1994
notifying you of the required connection. No permit has been issued for the sewer connection nor
have I been notified that the permit application is forthcoming. A permit must be issued for the
sewer connection by August 6, 1995 or the City may pursue legal action.
