RE: Construction of Accessory Buildings Without Building Permits
Dear Mr. Olsen:
On January 26, 1990 and May 28, 1990 this office notified you of
the requirement for building permits for the construction of
garages on your property. At the time you requested an extension
of the deadline for filing a building permit application due to
financial reasons .
The City must now require you to resolve this matter. You must
take action by providing an application and the required
submittals for review or by removing the buildings before April
8 , 1991. If this deadline is not met, the City will issue
citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further
legal action. If you have any questions or if I can assist you
in any way, please feel free to contact me at my office.
