Dear Mr. Perl:
The property at 309 Westlake St. is currently served by an on-site system that is marginal and
unable to treat effluent from additional bedroom use, therefore approval of your variance was
conditioned on your connecting to municipal sewer by June 15, 1995.
The SAC fee was paid August 4, 1995, but no permit was issued for the sewer hookup. At
this time no permit has been issued for the connection of this residence to the sewer nor have
we received word from you that the connection is imminent. If a permit is not issued by
August 11, 1995 with the connection completed by August 25, 1995, the City will initiate
legal action.
