Can you please take a look at this form and tell us whether this will suit the City of
Orono's needs for an Easement/Right of Way for our property.
This was purchased off "legalzoom.com" a website made by lawyers and is supposedly
legal is every sense of the word. It saves us $5-700 that a lawyer would charge.
All we need is the legal description from the surveyors of our property to write the
description for our neighbor's property. Surveyor is Demars-Gabriel Land Surveyors,
3030 Harbor Lane North, Plymouth, MN 55447. Phone: 763-559-0908. Surveyor was
