Dear Melanie:
We have reviewed the Grading Plan for the proposed house at 2655 West Lafayette,dated 7-17-07.We have the following
comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The driveway appears to convey a large portion of the runoff from the site to and across West Lafayette Road. The
applicant must first clarify what parts, if any, of the existing driveway will remain. Secondly, show how the
driveway with keep runoff from draining to the neighboring property.
• The existing driveway crosses the east lot line. An access or driveway easement agreeable to the adjacent
property owner should be provided to the city.
