The applicant must first clarify what parts, if any, of the existing driveway will remain. Secondly, show how the driveway with keep runoff from draining to the neighboring property. • The existing driveway crosses the east lot line. An access or driveway easement agreeable to the adjacent property owner should be provided to the city. If you have any questions, please call me at(651)604-4894.
