Chris Jewett During one of those boating seasons, five or more restricted watercraft were docked or Minnetonka Steve Johnson moored at your residential site. In follow-up to that inspection, a letter was submitted Mound to you with the intent to provide relevant and current educational information to allow Keith Kask you to assess rather the storage of your watercraft was out of compliance, and, if so, Deephaven Dennis Klohs to take the steps necessary to voluntarily bring the storage of watercraft into Minnetonka Beach compliance with the LMCD Ordinances; with re-inspections planned for the following Bill Olson boatingseason and beyond. Based on myre-inspection and documentation received, Victoria y Kelsey Page boat storage at the subject site continued to be out of compliance during the 2009 Greenwood boating season. Herb Suerth Woodland Dick Woodruff In order to legally dock or moor five or more restricted watercraft, a multiple dock Shorewood license would be required. To assess how many restricted watercraft your site can dock or moor, the following information is enclosed: • A document outlining frequently asked questions relating to boat storage. • An excerpt from LMCD Code Section 2.02, which is also found in its entirety on the LMCD web site at http://www.lmcd.org/pages/Chapter2.htm. • An educational flyer to help you assess your dock use area. Re-inspection of your site is planned in 2010 and beyond. Since you have not brought your site into voluntary compliance with LMCD Code, any further violations, or non-communication documenting otherwise, will require me to turn this matter over to the LMCD prosecuting attorney. Re-inspections will begin in June. Please give me a call at 952-745-0789, so that I may review findings as they relate specifically to your property. At that time, I would be able to assess if you qualify for a multiple dock license.
