Re: Olson/Bowers residence @ 2601 West Lafayette Road, Orono
Dear Lyle,
Per our phone conversation today, we are going to proceed with"PHASE III" of our project as
we near completion of PHASE II. Phase III will include the remodeling of the interior of the
basement, and the extension of the basement towards the lakeside underneath the cantileavered
section of the dining room.
Per your statement to me, this is okay with the City of Orono zoning and building departments. If
this is not the case, please contact us immediately, as we intend to install the necessary footings in
the not-too-distant future.
It is a pleasure working with you, Lyle. Thank you for your timely response to my questions,
from both me and Dr. Olson and Dr. Bowers.
