Dear Mr. Stephenson:
This letter is to following up our recent conversation and
your request for a confirmation letter regarding the septic
system at 1801 West Farm Road. This letter supercedes the letter
of January 18, 1991.
Because the fourth bedroom in the Pierpont residence is
actually an existing built-in office, the existing house retains
its existing three bedroom status. Therefore, no additions or
revisions to that septic system will be required as part of this
remodeling project.
