This letter is regarding the property at 1770 West Farm Rd. The septic is listed as non-
compliant is must be replaced by 12-31-2007. If sewer is available by that date than you
will be able to hook up to it at that time. The non-compliant status is defined that it does
not meet current state code requirements in regards to separation between bottom of
trenches and top of seasonal water table. If the drainfield starts to surface on the ground
before 12-31-2007 than it must be replaced immediately.
