approve this application with the following conditions:

www.minnehahacreek.org Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J,requires that site
inspections be conducted.In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a fee equal
to the actual costs of analysis of the project,field inspection, engineering services,legal services,
and any subsequent monitoring of the work.These costs arc referred to as Rule J fees.
Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met staff will
