Re: 2275 Webber Hills Road - Flood Zone
Dear Mr. Gaynor:
Per our conversation on March 24th, the property at 2275 Webber Hills Road is within Flood
Zone C. Zone C areas have minimal or no flooding. In the case of 2275 Webber Hills, per the
attached flood plain map and topographic map, the existing residence structure is approximately
20' higher in elevation than the wetland at the rear of the property.
