Good Afternoon,
Please find the attached Notice of Application requesting a boundary and type confirmation for one
wetland within the property boundary. The wetland is also a DNR public waters wetland
(27085900). The property is part of the Fox Island Subdivision that MCWD permitted in 2005. I have
attached the declaration and relevant plan sheet for the property (email 2/2). Based on review of
the past delineation and the similar current delineation, MCWD is comfortable not reviewing the site
in the field. The property also has a 35’ upland wetland buffer declared to it.
Please let me know your comments by December 10th or if you disagree with decision to not to
review the site in the field.
