The plan shows grading related to the construction of a single family home with an attached garage. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • The as-built drawing shows that the lowest opening of the home was constructed approximately 0.3 feet lower than planned. This decreases the planned freeboard from 1.7 feet to 1.4 feet. The emergency overflow elevation at Somerset Lane is 986.8. • The as-built grading plan shows that the design contours and drainage patterns were successfully constructed. If you have any questions, please call me at (651) 604-4894. Yours very truly, Darren Amundsen Cc: Tom Kellogg
