I apologize,you are correct. We do have the building permit escrow&agreement in the file. Typically we collect the
escrows at the end right before the building permit is issued. Sorry about that.
We do however still need the $2,000 for erosion control. We do not use letters of credit for these guarantees. I drafted
a separate erosion control escrow agreement(attached)for the owners to sign and submit with the check.

Thanks for your assistance; I appreciate your timely response. I believe they already paid the $2,500 for the building
escrow and would be able to pay the$2,000 tomorrow for the erosion control, but will the City take a letter of Credit from
their bank in the amount of$4,500 and give the owners a refund on the initial check? If so, do you have a letter of credit
format you want the bank to follow. Thanks again—have a great day!!

The permit should be ready to issue tomorrow.
Please have the property owners sign the attached escrow agreement and submit a check to the City in the amount of
$4,500 for financial guarantee. The permit will not be issued without this escrow agreement and money submitted.
