RE: Illegal Commercial Use
It has come to my attention that a sign advertising rental of storage space has been posted on your
property at 2900 Watertown Road. Storage rental(warehousing)is a permitted use only on property
located within the Industrial Zoning District. Additionally, this commercial use of residential
property does not fall within the boundaries of allowed home occupations,therefore renting storage
space is an illegal use and it must discontinue immediately.
This letter will serve as your notice that the illegal use must discontinue and the sign
advertising the illegal use on your property must be removed upon receipt of this letter. Your
property will be reinspected to verify compliance with this notice. Your attention to this matter is
