5th Principal Meridian described as follows Commencing at a point on the North line of the Southeast Quarter
of said Section distant 899.3 feet West of the Northeast corner therof; thence South parallel with the East line
of said Section 255.5 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence continuing South
parallel with the East line of said Section to the Northeasterly line of U.S. Highway No. 12; thence Northwesterly
along the Northeasterly line of said Highway to a point 90 feet due East of the West line of the East Half of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section; thence North parallel with said West line to a point 240 feet' South of
the North line of said Southeast Quarter; thence Easterly 358.3 feet to the actual point of beginning.
