LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES :
The East 10 acres of the West 20 acres of that part of the East half of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th
Principal Meridian, which lies south and southwesterly of the center line of
the South Watertown Road, so called, and North of the right of way of the
Electric Short Line Railway Co. described in Deed in Book 751 of Deeds page
404, and East of the West 35 rods of the East half of the Southeast Quarter
of said Section 31.
Note: Because the description of the Electric Short Line Railway Co. does not fit
the way that the track was laid, and because there may be a difference between the
way that the South Watertown Road was travelled between the way that the South
Watertown Road was travelled between the time that this description was first used
and present, there have been different ways that this property has been surveyed.
It may be advantageous to revise the description to avoid future problems.

Bearings shown are based upon an assumed datum.
This survey intends to show the boundaries of the above described property,
the location of an existing house, deck and porch, existing building and loafing
