as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter and the centerline of the Minneapolis -Watertown Road; thence
North 967 feet to the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter;
thence West 1048 feet more or less to a point 297 feet East of the northwest comer of
