We have reviewed the information you provided regarding the anticipated use of radiation
sources and the proposed radiation shielding.
The radiation protection as indicated on the plan submitted for review will meet the State's
minimum standard for radiation shielding in your chiropractic office. If there are any
changes in the radiation source, in location or use of adjacent areas, the shielding must be re-
evaluated.
