This property is located in the B-1 Retail Sales Business District; a copy <br /> of the appropriate code section is attached. <br /> Selling of golf carts and trailers is not currently an allowed use in the B-1 district. If a person would like <br /> the city to consider allowing such a use, an application to amend the City Code should be pursued. An <br /> application to consider an amendment to the municipal code requires a $700 application fee. All <br /> consultant fees the City may incur as part of the review of such an application will be passed through to <br /> the property owner to pay. This may include City Engineer or Attorney fees. An escrow in the amount of <br /> $700 is also required. The escrow will be refunded following payment of all pass-through consultant fees. <br /> The application fee is non-refundable.
