Dear Mr. Lupient,
This is an order to secure the building you own at 3220 Wayzata Blvd. in Orono. The building is
deemed hazardous due to the fact that it is open to trespass. The building must be secured within
six days of this notice. If the building is not secured within 6 days The City shall cause the
building to be properly secured and the cost of securing the building will be charged against the
real estate as provided by state statute. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me
