APPROVAL OF MINUTES - - �� �
The minutes of the May 3rd meeting were Ppproved,
ROTATING SECRETARY
After discussion, Motion by Erger that each member will serve as meeting
secretary in rotation in the following order t�eginning with the next
meeting: Erger, Kelley, Kokal, Kost, Sweatt pnd Bradley. A draft of the
minutes are to be delivered to John Gerhardson no l�ter thPn one week
prior to the following meeting. Pr�ssed unAnimously.
BIKE-HIKE TRAIL MAP
Motion by Bradley to approve the revised proposed Bike-Hike TrPil map
passed unAnimously, The mAp will be sent to the Plpnning Commission for
review and comment,
REPORTS
Public Works Director Gerh�+rdson reported that Eagle Scout Wtll Swansnn
has planted 20 spruce and 5 flowering crab trees et Casco Circle Park
and that all trees have been "adopted" for care and watering hy the
neighbors.
The sculptured pieee for Livingston Tower Park wt�s damPged while in the
ArtCenter studio and will be recast, Three large trees were plt+nted at
Livingston,
The Park User Survey will be consfdered at the next City Council meeting,
The propoaed Park Dedication fee schedule revision is to be conaidered
at the Planning Commission meeting on June 20th.
PROPOSED PLAT
The commission examined a proposed 26 lot plat of Yorkton Hills EstRtes.
Gerhardson will supply m�ps to members so that we mRy examine the site
for possible park needs,

Next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 2nd Pt 7 PM,
