Enclosed is the plan review information you requested.
Before construction or major remodeling of a retail food establishment, or
when an existing structure is converted to use as a retail food establishment,
plans and specifications must be submitted to the Department of Agriculture
for review and approval.
The plans and specifications must show the proposed plan, to-scale,
indicating facility layout, the intended menu, arrangement, mechanical plans,
construction materials of work areas, room interior finishes and the manufacturer
and model numbers ()idle equipment and its location.

A retail food establishment may not be constructed, remodeled, or converted
except in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of
Agriculture.
A current Food Handler License must be obtained and the establishment inspected
prior to operation.

limited space while offering a large prep capacity. This unit can also be
used as a food warmer for carry-out orders.
