Dear Mr. Oman,
This letter is to inform you that I am no longer involved with the Amber Woods O ace
Centre in any manner whatsoever.
My architectural services were to provide the supervision and signature of the plans as
well as construction observation of the building as it was being completed by way of
actually being the construction manager of the project.
Construction observation, or better yet, management, is a vital element to minimize
problems encountered in the field during construction. If my services do not extend to
construction observation or management, the Owner will defend, indemnify and hold
harmless Paul D. Jaunich, architect, from any claims or lawsuit whatsoever, arising from
the Contractors work to conform to the design intent of the contract documents.
Failure to be compensated, in full, for either,by Gina and Philip Carlson(Owners), dba
Interspace,Inc.,has resulted in a breach of the contract between Paul D. Jaunich and
Interspace,Inc. dated 3-9-2006, for both architectural services and construction
management services between myself and Interspace, Inc..
Failure to be compensated, in full, should release me from my role as the architect for the
Amber Woods Office Centre.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to call.
;Re/,ectfully subm' ed,
CG
