Re: Orono Shopping Center - 2160 Wayzata Blvd.
Dear Bill:
It has come to the attention of this department that there is a person living in the basement of
your property at 2160 Wayzata Blvd. The building is located in a B-6 zoning district that does
not allow residential use and a person living in the basement of a commercial building violates
several sections of the building code.
Therefore, the City must require you to cease this use as soon as possible but no later than May
24, 1993. A site inspection will be conducted on that date and if the use still exists, the City
will have no recourse but to initiate legal action. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
