Northerly of the State Highway in said East half of the Northwest
quarter,
EXCEPTING therefrom that part lying Southerly of the centerline of
the former county road which runs Easterly and Southeasterly through
said East half of the Northwest quarter;
ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom that part of said East half of the North-
west quarter described as followes Conmiencing at the point of inter-
section of the West line of said East half of the Northwest quarter
with the Northerly line of the old county road, said point being dis-
tant 1275.9 feet South of the North line of said section; thence
Southeasterly deflecting 52°301 from said West line, along the North-
erly line of said road, 186.05 feet; thence Southeasterly deflecting
4014' to the left along said Northerly line of said road 227.55 feet
to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described;
thence North deflecting to -the left at an angle of 120057' a distance
of 188.87 feet; thence at a right angle Fant 200 feet; thence at a
right angle South to the Northerly line of State Highway No. 12;
thence Westerly along said Northerly line of said highway to its
intersection with the Northerly line of said old county road; thence
Northwesterly along the Northerly line of said old county road to
the actual point of beginning;
ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom that part of said East half of the North-
west quarter described as follows: Commencing at the point of inter-
section of the West line of said Hast half of the Northwest quarter
with the Northerly line of the old county road, said point being dis-
tant 1275.9 feet South of the North line of said section; thence
Southeasterly deflecting 52°30' from said West line, along the North-
erly line of said road, 186.05 feet; thence Southeasterly deflecting
4014' to the left along said Northerly line of said road 227.55 feet
to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described;
thence North deflecting to the left at an angle of 1200571 a distance
of 377.8 feet; thence at a right angle West 200 feet; thence at a
right angle South to the Northerly line of said old county road;
thence Southeasterly along said Northerly line of said old county
road to the point of beginning;
ALSO subject to an easement for road purposes over the East 33 feet
of said East half of the Northwest quarter.
