A. Building signage to be located within top 3' of structure
Signage = 2' x 12' = 24 s.f. x 12 = 288 s.f.
Total building signage limited to 288 s.f. for use of 12 tenants
B. West pylon sign
Approved setbacks = 5' west side lot line; 10' street
Approved height = 26'
Approved signage area:
1. Logo sign = 5' x 7.5' = 37.5 s.f.
2. Six plaques = 2.5' x 7.5' = 18.75 s.f. x 6 = 112.5 s.f.
3. Total signage area approved at 150 s.f.
C. East pylon sign*
Approved setback = 27' from street lot line
Approved height = 26'
Approved signage area:
1. Logo sign = 3' x 7.5' = 22.5 s.f.
2. Six plaques = 2.5' x 7.5' = 18.75 s.f. x 6 = 112.5 s.f.
3. Total signage area approved at 135 s.f.
* Area of signage was to also include signage needed to serve the gas use. Please
refer to enclosed Resolution No. 2073 that defined additional conditions of Council's
approval dealing with the use of additional signage in the front island or landscape
areas. Note portable signs or temporary signs were to be discouraged for this property.
The two pylon signs were to be constructed of similar materials and to be, hopefully,
identical.
