Special Meeting of the Orono Park Coirnriission,
February 1 , 1 977
The Orono Park Commission met on the abave
date with the followin� members present :
Chairman Lathrop, Berglund, Kelle,y and Hurr.
Absent : Peasley and Kallestad. Also pres-
ent, John Gerhardson, Public Works Director.
John Gerhardson presented more detailed maps TAX-DELINQUENT LAND
of tax delinquen� land.
Jo Ellen Hurr questioned the Village' s respon-
sibility to notify adjoining home or property
owners of tax delinquent land, and will dis-
cuss such with the mayor.
The Park Commission recommended the City ACQUISITION OF 4� 317/31�30
acquire 1�13� 7/3430 on West Arm, and also on West Arm
agreed with Hank Muhich' s suggestion for
Ottoville.
Berglund moved, Kelley seconded the motion.

A motion to reject others was moved by Ber - RE JECTION

The snowmobile : A curfew change su;gested by SNOWMOBILE CURFEW: HCPR
the Hennepin County Park Reserve was discussed.
Hurr moved, Berglund seconded, that Hennepin
County Park Reserve District curfew remain the
same (Sum. - Thurs. 10 p.m. , Fri. - Sat. 12 p.m. )
and propose that attempts be made to unif a
curfew time throughout the State. Ayes (1�� Nays (0)
