that anyone interested in serving on the Park
Commission may come to the July meeting. It
��as noted that the area north of Stubbs Bay
is not re�resented at this time.
Benson reported that the floor of the court ART C�NTER TENl�IIS COURT
will be expensive to repairo �ince we do
not own the court, it does not seem worth-
while at this timee For about $300 we can
repair the wall anc� fix the neta

Peasley reportec� that t�eople seem to want the PARKING SURVEY
L�arks for neighborhood use and are not interested

ing area has 'oeen chained off due to the soft,

Conservation office in E^layzata, had surveyed
his pond and the Cygnet Park lando He recommende�
that a drainage ditch of 8'° , linec? with crushed
rock and an 8" pipe at the en� shnuld handle the

A proposal, which will be presented to the LARSON PROPERTY
City Council for the �u�chase of the Larson
property, was read and discussedo
Hallowell moved, t�]ysocky seconded, that the
Park Commission recammend the �urchase of
the Larson property for park land. P3otion,
Ayes (5) - I�Tays (0) .
OPheim will try to arrange for a bus tour PARK TOUR
of �ark land in Auguste
Hallowell stated that there is a need for BIIZE-HIKE PATHS
bike-hike paths in the City and that the
Park Commission should begin looking into
this problem.
