present financial situation, the Comnission
did not feel it could contract for the
ivhole proposal under this year ' s bud�et .

option to complete the analysis next year,
or as iae are financially able .
Fjaar explained the Scope of Service A, as
outlined in t:ie contract, and felt tiley
were necessary for arriving at 2 .�.
iiallotaell auestioned t�ie need for citizeii
semiiiars as listed under A. 1-E.
Fjaar felt t�iis could temporarily be dronped
a�id moved into Phase 2 .
Panus�:a rec�uested t�iat the trail study be
placed in the contract, Jim Brumentiial :ias
eiicouraged recommendations from tiie Village
be �iven to the Di1R as soon as nossible. Ot.ir

t'dysocky rec{uested ttiat Tom and Fjaar be the
people from �rauer to �aork on tiie stucly and
be so named in the contract.
Tiie Park Commission again expressed tlie desire
for tne ��!?iole analysis but felt it must be
pxepared to iiave alternativ� plaiis . Fjaar
felt he taould need t�vo to tl�ree cvee?cs follo��ing
au�iiorization before he coulcl get started,

reaffirmed its position to turn down tne
offer of land south of Co. Rcl. 3� an�l to
