Also present: Donna Carlton and S.iieila '_�ozar from the Human Rights Commission, t�ie Ciiarles Elliott family, and Dick Benso:�. The Charles Elliott far�lily iias memorial money for Bill Elliott tliat �iiey :eould like to use to start a memorial fuiia for playground and/or park area. Oalancl moved, Hallowell seconded, tliat we estanlisa a memorial fund for park use, s�tarting with the memorials ti�at 3iave accumulated for Bill E1liott, :iotion, Ayes (7) - Nays (0) . Tiie fund will be put into an accouiit at the lv'avarre First ilational Bank. A discussion was held on the golf course . At present, i,ie greens }iave been re�ult and a lot of tiling work f inished. For tiie future, we need to consider the well and trlacktopping of tiie drive. Recommendations for the �olf course need to be completed by -� August, 1973. Tlie Parl: Commission should concern itself witli promotion and land acquisition. The staff is employed by the Village and reports to ilick BensQn. Joaii Lattin is Presently in charge of scheduling ancl Dave Streater is in char�e of the greens . The bus will leave from an:! return to the golf course .
