OUtained the expertise o:� Jim Gi�lbert, an autl�ority or. nature trails and parl:s, . to aid in tlie desi.gn and plans for Higi�wood Park. Plans for tiie future include : • • ' 1. Further discussion was held on �he pros and cons .of usin� them for hockey rinks. Panuska repor�ed on �he progress of t;ie LUC� LINE TRAIL � Luce Line Trail system. i3e stated fwids ; were needod and a drive tras •on to obtain � these funds , b1,000 being the amaunt in ' the ''£und at the present. 1��Iayor OUerhauser �i stated the Council tvould explore the possibility ; of cor►tributing to thar fund.
