Present from the Casca Corporation: Gilbert,
.Zacni, R. jV. Smith, and Tuthill.

offer made to tiie Parl: Commission by t:ie

corporation to be deeded to Orono as a
nature area under tiie elescriptioii of such
areas macle in tiie rIinnesota Outdoor
i:ecreation Plan. iiotion, Ayes (6)- Nays (0) .
T:ie following two restrictions were requested CASCO CORP. RESTRICTIOidS
by tlie Casco Corporation:
1. A pernetual easerneiit to tize water
tank on t;ie property
2. Property to be iield as unencurnl�ered
land �.nd left in its natural state.
