Joint Meeting of the Park and Planning 7: 00 P.P�t.
Commissions , July 20, 1971
The Park and Planning Commissions met on
the above date with the following members
present: Chairman Ogland, Jarl , Jones ,
Leipold, Smith, lUhite, and jVysocky. Absent:
Dorrel , Fahlin, Panuska, and Stanke. .

were asked to be sent to the Planning
Commission.
tUe decided to ask Brauer F, Associates , BRAUER $ ASSOCIATES
professional planners , to a meetin� on
Tuesday, July 27, 1971 and get together
again on Tuesday, August 2, 1971.
The joint meeting adjourned at 8: 35 P.hi. AD,�OURNMENT
The Park Commission meeting continued 8: 40 P.r:t.
Emory tVhite gave a report on the Hill School HILL SCHOOL
situation. They have offered the Village a
lease for use of the Iand and old scho�l for
only three years at a time. He informed us
that part of the lancl. was tax delinquent land
and the Sc3iool I�oard does not have clear
title to tlie property. The question was
raised whether a School 13oard can supercede
a Village government in acauirin� tax
delinquent land.
It �aas reported that we have purchased two HACKBERRY PLAYGROUNn
lots of additional Iand for the Hackberry
park playground.
