Joint I�4eeting of the Park Commission and 8; 00 P.M.
Golf Committee, June 25 , 1969
The Park Commission met on the above date
with the foll.owing members present: Dorrel ,
Panuska, Otto, and �Yhite. Absent: Fahlin.
Golf Committee present: Allison, Berglund,
Bongart, Lattin, Linquist, Weigman, and
Village Administrator A�artin. Absent:
Boswinkel, Talbert , Traff, and t�Vasgatt.
Recommendations to Council : Village park RECOA�iENDATIONS
area in Navarre should be filled and graded;
cut grass at Hackberry.
It was also recommended that r1rs. Lattin NAVARRE INTEREST
contact a group of interested citizens to
start motivating interest in the IVavarre
area. This group should have men contact
the Council and seek action from them.
The Administrator was asked to price play- PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
ground equipment for Hackberry playground,
such as , swingset, bandbox, slide, and back-
stop.
A discussion was held on a municipal pool NNNICIPAL POOL
being financed through Revenue Bands. A�r.
r7artin will get more information regarding
a pool and any Federal assistance available.
