The regular monthly meeting of the Orono 8: 00 P.M,
Park Commission was held at the Village
Ha11 on March 15 , 1967.
The following members were present :
Messrs . Dorrel , ltihite, Panuska, Otto
and A4r. Mixa, Village Administrator
The school is not too interested in SKATING RINK
rnaintaining a rirLk at this location HILL SCHOOL
because of the current work load.
Panuska moved, Otto seconded, that the LAND ACQiJISITION
Park Commission recommend that the Village HACKBERRY PLAYGROUND
Council consider the acquisition of Lots
1 , Z , 4 and 5 as suitable additions to the
Hackberry Playground site .
Panuska moved, White seconded, that the PLAYGROUND DEVELOPMENT
Upper Tonka Council be contacted relative
to th� development of the Navarre P1ay-
ground site and that the North Shore
Community Council be contacted relative to
the development of the Hackberry Playground
site .
There being no further business , the ADJOUR'VMENT
meeting was adjourned at 9 : Q0 P.P4.
