The permit holder is thereby required to: <br /> • Repair and maintain all silt fence around the parameter of the site <br /> • Install and maintain a rock/ gravel entrance to the site <br /> Board of Managers <br /> Pamela G.Blixt All violations should be corrected by Monday February 18, 2002.
